CENTRIFUGE

Our modular GTD Decanter Centrifuges add additional capability for Ultra-Fine solids removal, down to 2-5μm. Optimised for the last stage in your separation system, they output cleaned water for discharge or reuse in your system. Cleaned recirculated water increases productivity and operation costs savings  (less downtime due to reduced operational maintenance caused by solids accumulation, and less wear on other equipment due to solids erosion in uncleaned water recirculation)

HYDROCYCLONES

Are you using the most productive and effective Hydrocyclones in your system?

Typically they process down to either 47-76μm (A GTD ‘Desander’) or to 15-47μm (A GTD ‘Desilter’). Desanders are common place in many operations, but there are multiple benefits when adding an additional GTD Desilter to any new or existing system.

Integrating a GTD Desilter creates opportunities to remove and recover those fine solids that might currently being missed. With very high slurry throughput rates, it ultimately results in fast and efficient separation of even finer particles – right down to 15-47μm.

 

Productivity can be significantly increased when a GTD Desilter is added into a system, by removing particles efficiently, it reduces the load on your downstream separation equipment, resulting in increased processing capability and reduced wear.

VIBRATING SCREENS

DOSING

GTD Polymer Dosing can significantly enhance and optimise the separation of ultra fine solids.

Essential in solids control processes, polymers attract all ultra fine particles suspended in a liquid, to form larger groups, leaving behind cleaned water.

 

Our GTD Dosing units are modular, increasing productivity and capabilities into new or existing systems. It’s simple, automated and efficient when correctly integrated into a system.

OIL SLUDGE TREATMENT

GTD modular oil sludge treatment units offers a complete treatment of the oily sludge hot washing process.

 

Our system includes material extraction, heating and conditioning, coarse particle screening, sludge dewatering, and oil-water-solid three-phase separation.

The chemical-assisted mechanical separation process can be integrated into any new or existing system to increase productivity and capability. Through the chemical hot washing process, oil is eluted from the sludge (the sludge is dehydrated), and then the oil and water are separated.

DREDGING

During the dredging of rivers and lakes, all kinds of debris and silt will be collected. Classification and separation equipment is needed to process dredging waste and sludge.
